The Chop Shop not only has a great environment, and, great staff, but also has the most flavorful brisket that I've had since I can remember (I'm 58 yrs old!) Well done!! This was an amazing place to have my afternoon dine at. Our server sawyer had amazing attendance and gave us our food and drinks in a very orderly fashion and great timing. The food was exquisite along with the environment, where we sit. This is a very Friendly Family Place and I would recommend and coming here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
