Having seen Kyu Kaneiji Five-Storied Pagoda, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. Eating tasty fish is a pleasant experience here. A lot of guests have noticed that you can try good wine or delicious beer at cise.

This is a little gem just outside ueno park. A tiny restaurant that really feels like you are in someone’s home, in terms of both the hospitality and the cozy space and atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the dishes are thoughtful and creative, and the fresh bread is amazing. Despite being full they squeezed me in at the counter. I only ordered a few dishes but would definitely come back for a full dinner in the future! Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to Cise after dinner to drink some wine and regretted so hard that we didn‘t get dinner here. It seemed like a very cosy small bar but there‘s a more spacious area in the back too. Bread set and tartine were so delicious and creative. 秋刀魚&mascarpone combination was amazing Wine recommendation were so great.. The sommelier recommended red wine from Nagano, which was amazing.
