This place is probably great as long as you're under 30 and if you like live cover bands amped up so loud it makes your ears bleed... The first time I went here there was no live music it was kinda retrowave nice ambient grooves and was easy enough to talk to women me and my friend were able to get a girls number by the end of the night, overall a positive first experience. Every subsequent time I've come though there has been a terrible live band butchering songs I'd rather just hear the radio mixes of, with the volume so high his voice pierces my ears like a knife and they crank it so much you'd literally need to be yelling at the top of your lungs 2 inches from someone's ear for them to have any hope of hearing you, blatantly destroying any ability to socialize (kinda contradicts the point of a social gathering place)... was full of kids looking like they were 16-20 bouncing around like cosplayers on too much caffeine. 5-star place on the regular music nights 1-2 star if the live band is there Wednesday or Thursday is the night to go I can't remember which one DOESN'T have that godawful live band but if they say there is live music at the door... run, run fast, do not look back, and thank me later. Price per person: $20–30

We didn't have food here or go into the back room which needed reservations and had a cost. The bar was very well themed and fun. I had a drink called "Frog's Breath" which smoked and bubbled. It was fun and fair tasting. However, it similarly tasted exactly like the "Malibu Barbie" drink that I had at the Arcade/70's-80's bar nearby. Very nice decor and the bathrooms were amazingly decorated as well. This is definitely dire ted more toward the "emo" crowd, but it was a fun experience. We enjoyed ourselves in the comfortable seating areas. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Frog's Breath

Cocktails & Screams is an experience to die for! The bar is Halloween themed and has amazing photo worthy decor all throughout. The staff plays the parts of certain themed nights and always ensures you're having a good time! Eric & The Butcher are an amazing duo who play great music you can sing and dance too! There is also a speakeasy in the back (reservations needed). My favorite part of C&S is that I feel SAFE. No matter who I speak with, dance with, accidentally bump into, they're always kind and respectful souls. Will forever call C&S my "go to" bar. :)
