I loved the vibe. Dark wood, mood lighting, soft jazz music, calm and reflective and charming. The chef was incredibly personable and amazing at what he does. My dish was cooked to perfection, my gin&tonic strong, and my meal was finished with a decadent (and complimentary) lemon sorbet with peach gelatin. Stumbled upon this place ran by a very nice and sincere gentleman, and I’m glad we did because we truly enjoyed our dinner here. We were served two appetisers — potato salad and pickled carrot which were unforgettably delicious! (The potato salad is also available on the menu for order.) Our mains were pastas of the day and they were really hearty. Also got complimentary lemon sorbet handmade by the gentleman himself (very refreshing)! All in all a very pleasant experience.
