I called to make a reservation for 20 people for my daughter's birthday, but was told that reservations could not be taken over the phone and that I should come to the venue directly. I then sent my driver to make the reservation on my behalf, but the manager refused and insisted that I come in person. Honestly, I don't understand what difference that makes. What disappointed me most was the manager's attitude at Assima Mall. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the interaction. Even if the restaurant was fully booked and unable to accommodate our group, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to customers. Good customer service is not just about availability—it's about how people are treated. Unfortunately, the behavior and attitude of the manager left a very negative impression. As a result, they lost a group booking of 20 people, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Service: 1
