Dear Pizza Delivery Stäfa Team, I am writing to complain about my recent order and the way the issue was handled. I ordered and paid for a large pizza with double Gorgonzola, but the pizza was delivered without it. When I called to report this, the staff did not accept the mistake and spoke to me in a dismissive manner, suggesting that I simply did not taste it. My proposal to add double Gorgonzola for free on my next order was also refused. I am very disappointed, not because of the CHF 2.50, but because of the poor customer service. As a regular customer, I expected a more respectful and accommodating response. You simply lost your regular client, improve your service! Service: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 60–70
