Ordered and paid for the $6.00 double cheeseburger lunch. Asked for ketchup only and received a single patty, cold, with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. I asked for extra ketchup which they said was in the bag but when I opened it only two bags of ketchup and SIX salt packets!!! Terrible!!

I was holding an Open House at nearby ENola condo and was starving when picking up a directional sign across street from DQ. Had never stopped there and NEVER will again. Paid like $4.89 for a cold double sandwich. Hdo back to back meetings so no time to drive back a block to request a new order.
That was about 4:15 on a Sunday. No reason for it to have been cold.
