Across all branches of this restaurant, delivery drivers are required to collect orders from a small gate outside, even when temperatures exceed 40°C. Unfortunately, the attitude of many staff members toward drivers is often disappointing. Delivery drivers are sometimes treated as if they are beggars asking for free food, rather than professionals performing an essential service. In reality, these drivers play a vital role in connecting restaurants with customers and helping businesses grow. If this policy and treatment are the result of a decision made by the management or owners, then I sincerely hope they reflect on the difficulties they are imposing on others. Every act of kindness and every act of hardship given to people will ultimately be accounted for before Allah. Delivery drivers deserve respect, dignity, and basic consideration. Treating them fairly costs nothing, but it can make a significant difference in their daily lives. I hope the management reviews this situation and takes steps to create a more respectful and humane environment for those who contribute to the success of their business.
