The matcha itself was good, but the service and staff behavior were disappointing. The first time I ordered, the staff member took my order incorrectly, and the matcha still had lumps. I also requested less sweetness, but the drink I received was extremely sweet. I politely asked the staff to change the drink because I paid for it and expected it to match what I ordered. However, the staff seemed to gossip with each other and exchanged looks while looking at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Is this really how customers are treated here?
