This is the one of the best restaurants I ever dined in Tokyo. They located in Itabashi but small bistro run by oner chef and his wife. This place is cozy and they are focusing on quality of ingredients and not over seasoning on any dishes that I love. Everything we had was so good. Tuna from Ofunato, Iwate prefecture was really fresh and delicious. House made bacon was carefully crafted. Beef cheeks were so tender and we didn't need a knife to cut to share. My favorite was clams and bamboo shoots pasta which was made with perfection and spotlighted on Umami. I highly recommend this place but you should make reservations when you would like to experience nice time with friends, your family and loved ones.
