This is the best restaurant/meal I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at a few Michelin star restaurants but this is the first time I was seriously impressed with every course. Everything is perfectly balanced, wine pairing is interesting and intentional, all courses are innovative and delicious. Highly recommend if you can make a reservation.
