【犬連れ散歩のご褒美にぴったりなカフェ】 Tucked along a road just busy enough to remind you you’re still in the city, eredgeCafe felt like a gentle pause in the middle of a long walk. With outdoor seating that welcomes dogs and staff who clearly love them, it’s the kind of place that turns a casual stroll into something special. I started with a raspberry and chocolate smoothie—decadent, slightly tart, and more filling than expected. The pizza followed, baked in a proper pizza oven, its crust blistered and crisp. What could have been a standard tomato pie was elevated by a fresh twist of peppermint, giving it an unexpected herbaceous lift. It was oddly addictive. What truly won me over, though, were the staff. Not only did they bring out water for my dog unprompted, but several came over to say hello with genuine affection. My pup’s wagging tail said it all. While a little road noise floated by, it didn't disturb the calm; if anything, it added to the sense of being comfortably nestled in the world, not apart from it. This is a place I’ll return to—ideally on days when I have time to walk slowly, eat well, and linger longer. Just remember to bring a mosquito spray for extra protection.
