I’ve eaten at several Michelin-star restaurants in the States, and I have to say this one was just as good, if not better, than both of them. The courses were well thought out, visually appealing, and packed with unique, well-balanced flavors. The restaurant itself was clean, and the service was excellent. It was honestly a pleasure to eat there, and my girlfriend and I have already talked about planning another trip to Japan just so we can come back.
