Never disappoints! Their limited-edition tarts are always so creative and delicious. Every time I try one, I’m impressed. I wish some of these specials could stay on the menu permanently! Can’t wait to see what they come up with next! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: 可頌

Fold is honestly so good! They do some of the best pastries I’ve had, and there’s always something fun and creative on the menu. I love that they rotate things around, although I definitely miss some of the favourites when they’re no longer available (ahem the best xo carrot cake). Their coffee and matchas always hit the spot too! Some indoor seating is available and there is parking along the street too so it’s easy to access. There can be a bit of a line on Saturdays, but it’s still worth the wait to me. It also helps to check their Instagram (they post their menu and specials there) before you go so you can plan what to order, because everything always looks too good. Highly recommend! I recently discovered @fold._adl in Hindmarsh, right next door to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. This is probably my new favourite place for pastry related goodies! . Viennoiserie: - Plain croissant: one of the best ones, especially here in Adelaide - perfectly flaky with lots of layers, and super buttery - Chocolate hazelnut pain Suisse - this was absolutely incredible! The pastry was the flakiest, and the filling was gooey and just oozed out - Mandarin and walnut pastry . Savoury: - Red wine beef pie: soooo good - Bolognese flan - Mortadella focaccia: super fluffy focaccia with great ingredients Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
