Food was all burnt and oily. It was just small pieces of burnt pepper and friend chicken but it felt like it was many times fried. Despite the waiter being very kind, explaining the Sichuan style, for me it was a complete no-go as it was really not edible. She negotiated to pay half of the dish and suggested another dish to try, which I followed. After all, 20 mins after leaving the restaurant, I got diarrhea. I don't recommend it to go. I wasn't a fan of hot pot. The spicy broth, for which we asked for spicy level 2 (out of a maximum of 5), was very spicy (for what is usual in Portugal). Unnecessarily. Already at that level that you almost stop perceiving the flavor. And I didn't think the broth was tasty. I much preferred the non-spicy one. A wide variety of products to put in the hotpot. I found it to be excessively varied. Some too similar. A good presentation of the products. I thought it took a lot of work to prepare (cook, even just putting it in the broth) so it took a lot of pleasure. Therefore, for me, the hot pot has a negative balance. Very friendly service. I love this restaurant! I've visited several times and it was always with a group of friends and it's always so fun to be around the hotpot chatting while we cook our dinner and make our mixes. The food is fantastic and has a lot of variety, as a vegetarian there is no shortage of options and I always leave with a full belly. Perhaps the most striking thing about the visit to Chong Qing Hotpot is the most attentive service I've had in a while, Carolina is 5 stars, always concerned and ready to help, she exceeded any expectations of service. I recommend visiting for the experience and service! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–25 Recommended dishes: Hot Pot
