After enjoying Kalamunda History Village, go to this restaurant that is not far away. Golden Eagle is recommended for the Chinese cuisine offered. The truth is that you will really enjoy tasty duck, sizzling beef and Bbq beef.

07/08/23 - tonight ordered ‘Sizzling Beef with BBQ Sauce’. No sizzle, soggy beef & not a hint of BBQ (flavour or char…nothing). Had high hopes but very disappointed. Oh well, the search for flavour goes on.

We ordered a very large number of dishes (takeaway) for a 70th Birthday celebration from the Golden Eagle, we were all really very impressed with the quality and deliciousness of our choice of dishes. Thank you Golden Eagle for contributing to our special occasion. Highly recommend them and we will be back.

When I read a bad review about this place I decided to give it a try - mainly because there is an unbelieving streak in me. To cut to the chase, we had a great meal here tonight. For 7 of us the food came out quickly, the service was pleasant, and the food tasted great. My favourite was the golden tofu - just perfect. My second favourite was the duck in plum sauce. Price was good. We'll be back again.
