This is a stylish bar off the main Fukumitsu high street. There is a great selection of craft beers, wine, and a very friendly atmosphere. The owner makes food and is really into spice mixes, but food is by reservation only. You can contact them from the Instagram page. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
