Greek gyro

Large pieces of meat are piled on a skewer, like pancakes, one on top of another. The spit always rotates so that the meat is fried equally from all sides.

As ready, thin slices are cut from a piece to fry the next layers. Then these slices are put on a cake and wrapped together with vegetables and sauces.
