Amazing! 10/10 Gróa has become my favourite restaurant in all of Hong Kong, outside you have the incredible views over looking repulse bay and inside you have the calm and cozy atmosphere which makes dining feel so relaxed. The staff are all accommodating and very very friendly. The menu changes by season but they also feature new items here and there so it’s always exciting to see what’s new! You can really tell they put so much attention and care into creating all their dishes/drinks. I ordered the Yuzu Marmalade Jasmine Tea. It was perfect. Very refreshing and unique! Next up was the Prosciutto Melon Flatbread which had a mix of both sweet and a light kick. (My favourite flatbread on the menu) Then to finish I ordered the Shokupan French Toast which was a great way to end my meal, the size was perfect and I loved the fresh vegan whipped cream on top. Truly such a sensational restaurant that everyone really should try whenever in Hong Kong! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Place like this was really needed - definitely South Side and generally in HK, it reminds us of places in Copenhagen and East London. Super viby, fresh food - really delicious flavours, very real - nothing pretentious. Attentive service, no fuss made over allergies - super accommodating (thank you ). Looking forward to becoming regulars here, definitely restored our faith in the HK eating out scene. Thank you so much for having us, we loved it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Amazing vegetarian options even for non veggies like us. Dietary restrictions: Accommodated gluten very easily - including gluten free pasta. Dairy free bakes also offered. Staff knowledgeable and supportive.

Had such a great time on a warm Saturday evening. Walking up the stairs to the restaurant feels like stepping into an Asian Mediterranean with views of the bay. The inside felt like a modern London wine bar with great taste and design elements from Asia. Food wise - it’s a great sharing menu. The flatbread was a standout. Strong umami flavours with seaweed. For all the Aussies it reminded me of the Totti’s flatbread with a Japanese twist Another highlight was the Ndjua rigatoni pasta. The Chinese sausage was a nice touch - hints of it amongst the sauce with good spice. Great service and elevated neighbourhood wine bar vibes. Would definitely go again!!
