It's been closed for a while as far as I know but this place was a little cultural hub in the Moriya/Togashira area. Great menu and staff. Fully recommended.

This space is not super huge but has been representing a large number of concerts, events which are unique and have high artistic values. And my installation of TAP 2008 is now to enjoy on the wall. Peyang san is a great cook and a host with a wonderful smile. I am delighted everytine I visit there. ありがとう hakko cafe.
