We came here for the gluten free fried chicken and we got it! The sandwiches are definitely the better option, as they use chicken thigh. The chicken is crispy, tender, and juicy. I got the shabang sauce which is Cajun butter and Old Bay -- it had a nice kick. This is very solid option for a fried chicken sandwich. The chicken nuggets are all breast meat and they are pretty dry. They are very large and crunchy though, and I'm sure they would taste better in shabang sauce. I think the meat could be brined/marinated better to tenderize it. The corn bread was a very large hunk, but quite dry and crumbly. Nothing to write home about. It was nice to be able to watch the game on the big screen while we feasted on our chicken. Great vibes! Overall portion sizes are generous and it's awesome that they have gluten free options, but the nuggets and corn bread were not great. I'd get the chicken thigh sandwich again! I am giving this establishment two stars solely because the cashier who took my order was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service, and the strawberry lemonade was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The chicken had no flavor and was difficult to chew, and was presented in an unappealing manner. I ordered the Ricky Bobby Slider and Plain Jane Slider. The bread did not taste fresh or authentic, which significantly affected the overall quality of the sandwich. Additionally, the honey butter cornbread was particularly disappointing—it was cold, hard, and did not resemble or taste as described. Based on my experience, I did not find the meal to be worth the price. This location was at the Food Hall at High Street Place in Boston, MA. We enjoyed our meal so much we had Haley cater our office Holiday breakfast and lunch. We were so impressed. Food was delicious, presentation was excellent. Must try!
