Food was good! I did not try the meat products, just the sides, but I will be back one day for sure. I got takeout, it was a bit of a wait, but I didn’t mind and figured with the long line it would be. I got the fries, mac and cheese, greens, and cornbread for around $15 with tip. The sides are adequately priced, but I had just gotten lunch earlier so didn’t want to splurge on the byob Saturday option. My favorite thing was the Mac! It was the actually the sole reason why I had stopped there, I don’t like the recipes the vegan restaurants in my city use for macaroni and cheese. It was a very unique flavor, that I have never encountered before at any vegan place (and I’ve been all over; Chicago, LA, NYC, vegas). It was good! Just not “typical” Mac and cheese flavor, I liked it though! The greens were great, and the cornbread was a little crumbly, but I still enjoyed. Was most definitely worth it for $1. I decided to try the peach cobbler and was highly disappointed. It was so mushy and very gritty. The texture was close to baby food. You could tell it was undercooked. I had to throw it out. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

A E we understand that you did not care for the texture of our peach cobbler. It is a customer favorite and a regular item on our menu. As for the texture it is a GLUTEN FREE option, so it would be safe to note that maybe the texture wasnt one that you might enjoy.

Herban vegans is so delicious and you don't even know it's vegan! I went on Tuesday for the tacos and got shrimp, mushroom, and fish and it was so dang tasty. Went back today for the fish fry and I would come everyday if I could. Definitely would suggest everyone try them!
