We wanted to have a bottle of champagne while listening to the music, but the waiter treated us like enemies… so we decided to leave instead. Service: 1

We would, however, like to clarify that the table where you had taken a seat was reserved exclusively for guests dining at the restaurant. Our team therefore simply invited you to move to the dedicated bar and drinks area, where you could enjoy your champagne comfortably.This was neither a refusal of service nor an unfriendly gesture, but the normal organization of our spaces, designed to respect the experience of all our guests. Staying at the hotel and breakfast was included in the package. At first their virtual buffet seemed confusing and I was hoping I would find a regular buffet. However, upon ordering my omelette and trying the food, it didnt disappoint. Service is good and staff is polite, came next morning and ordered the exact thing. Egg white omelette for my proteins and an avocado toast for some fats. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
