I found the food here to be quite good and tasty! However, it's definitely a fast-food spot, so the seating options are a bit limited. ️ If you're looking for a quick bite, it's a solid choice! Just be prepared for a casual dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

As someone who had no prior knowledge or experience of Itsu, I was going in blind. This was scary, due to my demise with gluten. However, to my rescue, came the glorious Aimee. She really just did it for me. Navigating me through the jungle of a menu, I once was lost, but now I’m found. My beautiful festival, with gf soy sauce, was one to remember. I’ll hold this experience close to my heart for as long as I live. Pretty class aye. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Not sure

I had a really great experience thanks to Louise at Itsu. She was incredibly friendly and had a lovely smile, which immediately made the interaction feel welcoming. Her manners and politeness really stood out — she was patient, clear, and made the whole ordering process easy. Even though it’s a quick order-and-collect setup rather than table service, Louise handled everything smoothly. She called out the numbers clearly and kept things moving efficiently, so collecting the order was simple and stress-free. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who clearly cares about being helpful and polite. Louise made the experience that bit better — great customer service and a really positive attitude!
