love the food the service incredible. had issue using kiosk so came over to order. man in a greenish and black checkered shirt was amazing so lovley and accommodating. my food was bought out within seconds and tasted amazing. shame i don’t live in this area otherwise id be here everyday Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am a fairly regular customer to Itsu in Exeter. I would like to complement Dave for his excellent, kind & thoughtful professionalism. He even sang “happy birthday “ to my friend who was 83 years old. We were celebrating her birthday at this wonderful establishment. We were very touched by this thoughtful gesture. Thank you Dave. I love itsu and often eat there in London. Today was the first time I visited in Exeter and I’ve been very disappointed. The food does not taste right and the rice was well undercooked and hard. I would expect more consistency from a chain. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
