Maybe I'm a little biased because I love this style of eating. When my partner and I arrived we were the only people here, and very foreign. However we were welcomed and enjoyed the various recommendations on Sake and beer. We opted for the chef's recommendations and overall everything was impeccable. True Japanese approaches or taking ingredients and making them the forefront of each little dish. Never overindulging in bulk amounts, just beautifully crafted dishes to enjoy with drinks. My partner and I had the most amazing meal here. It was by far our favourite meal on our trip to Japan. This cosy and quiet space lends itself to some really beautiful food. We were blown away by the menu so asked our chef to take the lead, and take the lead he did. He served us beautiful and delicate seafood dishes alongside more heartier dishes of gyoza and ragu. If you are around the area and this guy is open, please pay him a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
