One of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. The waiter lost our order, made us reorder after we had already explained we were in a hurry, delivered our water to another table, and completely forgot our paninis. After a long wait, I asked for a refund. I was told the paninis were already ready, but they were not. When they finally arrived, we were already late for our appointment. There was no effective attempt to fix the situation or make up for the delay. We travel extensively, and this was among the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
