We have tried this Kunafa many times and, while the taste is fine and the quality is acceptable, the customer service remains disappointing. The rude behavior of one of the Bengali staff members has been a repeated issue, and the cashier/reception guy also has an attitude problem and does not know how to deal with customers. Customer service needs serious improvement, as respectful communication is just as important as good food.

انت الان تعرض حسابك او نفسك للمسألة القانونية لانك صورت العامل بدون عمله وبدون إذن منه ولا يحق لك ذلك وسوف اتخذ الاجراءت القانونية معك وتبربر العامل لدينا عميل آخر يتواصل مع المحل بالاتصال وانت استغليت الموقف للأسف ويحق لنا الرد والتواصل ولا مانع من ذلك وقبول الطلبات على تطبيقات التوصيل بكل أنواعها

Very disappointing experience. The kunafa quality was poor—the thickness was not as expected, and the syrup provided was insufficient for the size. The Bengali staff refused to follow cooking instructions and directly rejected my request to make it crispy. Such behavior shows poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this place.
