One of the few places where you reconcile with the kitchen. There are few cooks left with the intelligence, sensitivity, simplicity and warmth of Jordi. Simply, I have been fascinated by his kitchen and all the way of doing and thinking that is behind it. It has made me believe again that through the language of cooking you can feel that the world is a place worth being in. They pleasantly surprised us with their unconventional gastronomic offer. Everything very well presented and explained. Unfortunately, towards the end, something happened that, in my opinion, broke the good mood of the meal. Suddenly, a couple with a dog, of medium height, without a leash, appeared and sat down at a table. The dog, without approaching any other table, did not stand still. Already approaching a shelf, next to his table, where there was crockery, already getting up and sticking his head out above his table asking/looking for food. Surely, I am getting older, but the new generations, or not so new as it has been the case, seem to forget too often that a dog is not a person, no matter how much they love it. Also, they forget that they are not alone at home, but in a public place, where meals are also served to other diners, who at the very least may be restless/nervous because of the dog's actions, unforeseen if necessary , which is not known how it can react to any incident and also because of the hygiene (better said lack of hygiene) that its presence can cause. Remember that they walk barefoot and smell everything...
