The worst lunch I had in 10 years and very rude owner / shop manager
I and my bro along with family were walking along and we were greeted by a smiling waitress to have a look at the menu and invited for lunch. We were hungry , menu looked good , so we sat down and we ordered lunch.
Issues:
1. Pasta was cold
2. We got wrong type of pasta , when we reminded waitress , she acknowledged the fault however we were getting late so ate the tasteless pasta
3. Wrong billing : We found that our bill was 40% higher than it should be
We asked to review the order . The shop owner/ manager seems was a Turkish guy and was very very rude, either he did not understand normal English or he preferred to play dumb to our request to review the bill
However we were able to find that he has added items that we never ordered , so bill came little down ... even after that bill was 20% higher than it should be most likely either adding some items we never ordered or putting higher prices than was shown in the menu..
( we could not get printed copy of bill and looking at their monitor was not easy..)
my bro was in london only for a short duration and at this point I felt it was worthless to argue for the remaining difference (20%) so just paid him and left ...
This IS THE WORST PLACE I had lunch in my 10 years in London , avoid if you can ...
If you can not avoid make sure you have reviewed you FINAL BILL
