This review is for the branch located at the Mohammed V airport ( terminal 1) The food is good and tasty: I ordered a Peruvian chicken served with rice and vegetables. I am not sure what was Peruvian about it but it was good. The ceasar salad was good although one small container of dressing was not enough and the waiter kindly offered more. Also tomatoes and boiled eggs in Caesar salad? There are a few tables where one can sit down and eat without being far away from your gate There are selections of cold and hot drinks, patisseries, sandwiches and hot food.There is a very limited selection of alcoholic drinks although I do not understand why Casablanca Beer is not on sale. For those who did not buy any Moroccan goodies prior to entering g the airport You will be charge a lot for those. The service was excellent from Mohamed the waiter. I would only point out though that the chefs behind the counter preparing food must refrain from feeding other staff such as the cashier or themselves. It just is unprofessional. The cashier had a few issues as some travellers where having problems paying in dollars/ language barrier which meant that others were delayed. I would suggest putting up a notice with regards to the exchange rate or give more options for payment There is no metal cutlery nor glass.It is all plastic or paper cups. La Table du Marché is doing really well but can do even better by leading their staff and teaching them basic etiquette when working in restaurants.
