A Crazy Experience Dive into the depths of madness, literally! Nestled in a vaulted cellar, this bar-restaurant offers you a most unexpected taste and sensory experience. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is surreal: exposed stone walls, subdued lighting, antique objects with strange shapes... It feels like the living room of a slightly crazy alchemist. The drinks menu is just as disconcerting: cocktails with enigmatic names, craft beers with surprising flavors and natural wines that defy all conventions. I opted for a “Dali’s Dream”, an explosive mixture of gin, beet juice and pink pepper. A guaranteed taste journey! As for the cuisine, the chef seems to have had fun twisting the classics. The dishes are as beautiful as they are good, with careful presentations and bold flavor combinations. I tried a beef tartare served in an eggshell, accompanied by smoked Jerusalem artichoke puree. A delight! But what really makes this place unique is its atmosphere. The music, a clever mix of experimental jazz and psychedelic rock, transports you to another world. The waiters, each more eccentric than the last, will not fail to tell you eccentric anecdotes. In short, if you're looking to get off the beaten track and enjoy a unique culinary and artistic experience, this bar and restaurant is for you. Be careful though, sensitive souls refrain! The absurd reigns supreme here, and you have to have an open mind to appreciate all the subtleties. I recommend 100% In addition, the oxygenated chef will welcome you with kindness and kindness!
