We loved our Paella Workshop. Javier and Ruth worked with us on our limited schedule. HIGHLY recommend. I was only visiting Rota but if I were a dependent stationed here I was join there revolving spanish classes that use food and cooking as it's lesson platform. They do trips to things like the fish market to teach food but also culture. If your on the fence, just commit.
