Very good place. It specializes in Chicken… almost every part of the chicken is used for the 8 dishes course menu. The chicken tail and thigh were remarkable. Ask for the gizzard yakitori which is usually disposable in the US and Europe, but not here. A reservation is mandatory. The price is Ok for a Ginza place.
