A small bakery next to Hokkaido Shrine. Many people place phone reservations, so by the time you arrive, quite a few items may already be sold out. Luckily, I still managed to get their famous apple pie. The crust is crisp and not greasy, while the filling is layers of richly cooked apple—refreshing and not overly sweet, absolutely delicious. I also bought a red bean bread coated with roasted soybean flour (kinako). The pairing gives an authentic Japanese flavor. The bread itself is pleasantly chewy rather than the typical soft bread, adding extra texture with every bite. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My favorite bakery. It has a wonderful buttery scent and often sells out quickly during holidays. I love this bakery so much that I usually wake up in the afternoon, but I wake up early just to eat their bread. The melon bread is better than any other bakery. Milk bread and Zamando are also delicious. And it's great because it doesn't use any additives. You should definitely go when you are near Maruyama
