Amazing concept. A very special atmosphere: zen, minimalist, calm, with a beautiful garden beside the café. Service was fast and very friendly. The “Matcha Roastery” idea is fascinating — tasting light, medium and dark roasted matcha like a coffee flight was something completely new for me. I personally loved the dark roast coming from the specialty coffee world. Very sophisticated and extremely well executed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am personally very happy you liked the concept of "Roast Matcha" I started this development to make high-graded matcha be like coffee as casual every-day drinks. I did like the good dark-roasted coffee and do think our dark-roast macha is the ultimate taste. We always pay attentions from the procurement of high-graded "tencha" tea leaves through in-house roasting/grinding procedures, and trying to improve it. If you want a great matcha experience, you need to try this place. They also offer vegan menu options, and I personally asked the staff to confirm that the vegan drinks do not contain alcohol. I’d recommend the light matcha latte if you prefer a sweeter and smoother taste. But if you want a more balanced flavor between sweetness and bitterness, try the medium matcha latte. Such a great place to come for a drink and a treat. Tape special spot. Very clean and comfortable. Really yummy treats, did I mention? The matcha products are excellent.
