We found this treasure of a restaurant down a side street and arriving just before 7pm snagged a table ahead of regular booked folks. Had the trio of fusion dips to share followed by 12 hour lamb on the bone on aubergine purée and roast potatoes-superb! My wife Had pork filet, equally good. Also had local wine by Parissi. I love to cook for myself, and I love the traditional Greek cuisine, but the culinary experience at Artima was amazing. The Seafood Risotto and the Slow cooked Lamb were top notch, the pineapple sorbet was superb. 5 star rating, a must go for Skiathos!
