Ever since I tried this place I have nothing bad to say about it! Everything is amazing, the staff are so friendly and just are the best, the environment is cozy and comfortable, the food is fresh and flavorful. They give good portions of the food and the prices are great. You get to customize your meal and they have a wide variety of toppings to choose from! They have good healthy options.They also have a good selection of drinks to choose from! The Staff work quickly, even when its busy. The store is always clean and the seatings are great. The manager is really nice and welcoming. The manager is always involved and helping customers. This Mezeh makes you feel valued as a customer. The staff are well trained and positive, there is good management. Ive tried other Mezeh spots and none hit the same as this location. It’s definitely a 10/10 recommendation. I really enjoy Mezeh. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s a great alternative to CAVA, and I especially like that they offer more topping options. I’ve been coming here for quite some time and have always appreciated the quality and flavor. However, it seems like they may be dealing with short staffing lately. During lunch hours, the wait can be pretty long. On my last visit, I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order. It also feels like online orders are being prioritized over customers who are physically in line. While I understand the need to manage digital orders, it can be frustrating when you’re standing there watching multiple online tickets get fulfilled before in-person customers are helped. I’m hoping this is just temporary because I do genuinely enjoy the food and would love to start coming back regularly once the wait times and flow improve. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered shawarma some minutes ago , I can’t even eat it it’s burnt, this is just the worst order called but could not be connected I will never order again to make matters worse I was really hungry but this is not it Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
