There was a steady long line of people waiting to purchase pastries, mainly for the original croissant. Due to the high demand, the staff constantly baked fresh batches behind the counter. I ordered both the original and chocolate croissants. Although I enjoyed both, the original was definitely the better one. I had a bad shopping experience at Mini One for the first time on 12/7. A waiter named Zhang who wore glasses had the same tone as the auntie who sells salted crispy chicken in my alley. She asked if I wanted anything without any enthusiasm for service. Want anything more? Did I ask for a bag at checkout? After replying that she needed it, she handed the bread to me directly. Like a robot, she then asked what the next customer wanted. I told her that I needed a bag, and she packed the bread impatiently...like a robot. .
