I came here after reading positive reviews but I was seriously disappointed. The way these cashiers treated me is not acceptable. Food: The food is good. Service: The service is the worst. The man on the reception, I don't know his name, but he is tall white man. He is rude and very very arrogant. Shouted at me for no reason. I immediately confronted him for his arrogant behaviour and he said nothing. As if he owns the place. I never asked for food for FREE. I'm paying for what I'm ordering. The food was already on the counter but his ego and arrogancy did not allow him to give the food. I'm sure the person who owns this place will be down to earth person with moral values. But these people who are hired aren't good at all. Frustrated men at work. Atmosphere: It is good. I did not sit and eat because of the arrogant behaviour. I think the owner should consider conducting a training for these type of employees. Price per person: KWD 5–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
