I had a deeply disappointing experience at Ekleel Restaurant in Olaya, Riyadh. During our visit, an individual who claimed to be from Germany (long hair) behaved in an extremely racist and aggressive manner. He used offensive and abusive language in front of my family, which made the entire evening upsetting and unacceptable. White superiority complex at its peak. No customer or family should have to experience this sort of behavior while dining. I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously, reviews what happened, and ensures incidents like this are handled properly in the future. I understand that there can be bad apples from time to time, hence this is not me shaming the restaurant but just calling out the matter in hand. I have reached out to the management on appropriate professional channels and hope they show sympathy and get the individual penalized thoroughly. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve went here earlier today, the experience was amazing but most importantly, the service. The waiter Jalal was extremely welcoming and professional, not only that he made sure I have the full experience, I will definitely pay this place a revisit, especially after the amazing service.
