Tried Al Mousalli Shawarma after being emotionally manipulated by endless Instagram reels and wow, what a letdown This was just me and my husband, and we paid 48 QAR for: • 1 large chicken shawarma – 16 QAR • 1 small chicken shawarma – 10 QAR • 1 small meat shawarma – 12 QAR And somehow we were STILL HUNGRY. Like what was that?? Diet shawarma?? Air-wrapped in bread?? Taste was just average, nothing reel-worthy. But the portion size?? Honestly the least filling shawarma we’ve ever had. Influencers, please we trust you. Why you gotta hype it like it’s life-changing when it’s barely meal-changing? Moral of the story: not everything that trends is tasty or worth trying.
