I ordered a small shawarma. The guy who made my order asked if I want all the ingredients to put in my shawarma, I said "ok except the hot sauce" so I expected him to do it as what he asked me. But when I received my order I didn't recognised it cause I eat it in our house so I cannot return it. This is the reason I give you a 1 star.
