I would like to file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. I ordered a shawarma, but I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. The staff member who prepared my order treated me differently after realizing that I am a non-Saudi customer. He seemed to rush the preparation and served me a cold shawarma, which was not acceptable. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and proper service regardless of nationality. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing.
