A very stylish and fun sandwich shop! This area of Kofu has been getting a lot of very modern and interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants recently, and I hope to see this area get the attention it is deserving. Mt.sand offers a variety of different sandwiches and other dishes, with seasonal and weekly specials and takeout options. At night it opens for a night version of the store with a bar. You can find their hours and seasonal specials really easily on instagram! I went for lunch and got a focaccia sandwich, it was very tasty! It is a big venue but surprisingly, it is hidden from view if you are coming in along the street from Kofu Dori which is how I have missed it until now!
