My table stopped in on a sunday. Few different dishes ordered. One mistake made, they sent fries instead of mashed but fixed instantly. The food was amazing. Big shout out to the braised beef, simple delicious. Another stand out was the haddock picatta as well as the summer salad. The quesadilla and boneless bites were what youd expect, but good. We would come again. The restaurant itself is basic looking but looks out on patio over golf course and beautiful views. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and low tables and we were accommodated. The bathroom easily fits a wheelchair as well.

ORIGINAL POST 1- Star: I called to make a reservation and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. The person who answered the phone was not particularly friendly and abruptly said "one moment" before putting the phone down rather than placing me on hold. I could hear conversations and general commotion in the background while waiting for over five minutes, only to be hung up on. As a first impression, this was disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome. Needless to say, I chose not to call back and no longer plan to visit. UPDATE: I have to give credit where credit is due. Within less than an hour of posting my original review, Food & Beverage Manager Jen reached out to me personally. She was kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic about my initial experience. While she explained they had been managing a large group of golfers at the time, she made it clear that it wasn't an excuse and took full ownership of what happened. Jen personally handled our reservation and invited us to come in and give them a chance. I'm glad we did. Our server, Sarah, was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. They even honoured the complimentary drink Jen had offered without us having to mention it, which showed great communication and attention to detail. The food was very good. Leo's Donair Fingers were a standout and a generous portion, the Tropical Salad was fresh, flavourful, and loaded with fruit and goat feta, and the Pan Fried Haddock with dill lemon sauce was very tasty. The live music was a little on the louder side, but the band was talented and we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were seated at a table near the open door, which made for a great atmosphere and perfect evening breeze. What stands out to me most wasn't that a mistake happened—it's how quickly and professionally it was addressed. Jen and Sarah completely turned our experience around, and because of that, we'll absolutely be back. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service. Had a great lunch experience today at the Nineteen at links at Brunello. Clair our server went over and above to make sure our experience was fantastic…and great Burger for Burger bash week from Augusto…I loved the Jam added to the burger.
