A cute little place with a scenic view of the river. Small menu which was also available in English. Good variety of drinks. The ham and cheese sandwich I had was filling (it was thick ham). Good for small groups of people as it's not a large cafe. I don't understand Japanese but that wasn't a barrier in ordering. Highly recommended.
