Brilliant! Ivan and Georgina were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. Food was great We were very exhausted and Ivan made sure we were looked after - also got a few shots to lift the spirt up and beat the heat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant has completely turned into a tourist-oriented business. We had to wait 5 minutes for a waiter to come to our table and give us a menu, and it took another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. The waiters and busboys were extremely unfriendly and seemed unaware that they work in the hospitality industry. At one point, people had to get up and fetch their own drinks. On a hot day, they served lukewarm water, and the ice arrived only after we had finished our meal. The prices and food quality were average. Ordered two falafel pita and one tabbouleh through Wolt. One pita arrived with a chunk of meat in the wrap. Due to religious reasons I cannot consume meat products so I phoned them just to alert them that this has happened. I was immediately fobbed off and told that it is not possible for there to be meat (yet below is some pictures of said flesh). Overall she was very dismissive and immediately defensive with no offer of apology for putting a dead animal in my food. Have ordered from here on many occasions and the food was always high quality but one would expect that if a mistake is made and a complaint is raised that it would be taken seriously. Especially when it comes to messing up by putting pig or sheep flesh in a pita that should contain zero animal products.
