Absolutely loved our experience at The Parlour at the Edge. I am vegetarian and the rest of my party (although they are not veggie) decided join me as the selection was great. Everyone was so impressed. The flavours were incredible, and I honestly wish I had taken photos of the food because it was so delicious. The venue itself is gorgeous, stunning views over the iconic pool, and the bar staff were amazing. Great energy and a beautiful atmosphere. Huge compliments to Executive Chef I Nyoman Suasa, the food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Parlour at The Edge Resort is the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and well worth arriving early for. Arrival at the resort sets the tone. Guests are welcomed at a discreet, ivy-covered reception greeting area before being escorted by golf buggy through the meticulously maintained grounds. The journey through the resort builds anticipation before arriving at a circular landing point with a striking view over oneeighty beach club, the pool and the Indian Ocean. From here, a short series of steps leads down to The Parlour. The resort is beautifully presented, with manicured gardens and a clear sense of care throughout. Inside, The Parlour has a distinctly upmarket feel. Plush velvet seating, rich textures and low, ambient lighting create an intimate atmosphere, anchored by a striking circular bar that immediately becomes the focal point of the space. The mirrored feature ceiling reflects the bar, lighting and surrounding palms, adding depth and drama without feeling overstated. The overall styling feels considered and confident rather than flashy. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks here overlooking the one eighty beach club before heading to The Cave for an outstanding dinner. I enjoyed a well-made mule, and while we did not eat, the menu offers a range of appetizers and small bites designed to pair easily with the cocktail list. A refined and comfortable setting for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxed early evening pause within the resort. Highly recommended and stunning views. A great spot to relax and people watch.
