Me and my girlfriend were in Napoli for a few days and we decided to find a cocktail bar. We found Primo Maggio. First of all, the staff is really kind and joyful. But the variety and quality of the cocktails is great too ! We came one night to drink some cocktails and came back the next evening to try a few more because we liked it so much. I surely recommand Primo Maggio ( and the chocolate vodka.. ;) ). Primo Maggio = good choice.
